DELIVERY

Dispatch

We endeavor to dispatch items within 24hrs however during busy periods items will be dispatched within a maximum of 3 working days.

UK Delivery

Bandana(s) UK Only:

1st Class (Not Tracked), Royal Mail 1 - 2 working days - £1.50

All Other UK Orders:

UK Standard Delivery (Tracked), Hermes 2 - 4 working days - £2.90

Please note we cannot take responsibility for your item(s) once dispatched. In the unlikely situation you do have any issues with delivery please get in contact we will endeavor to aid in resolving this.

Impacts on Deliveries due to Covid-19

Please be aware there are still delays to the Royal Mail being caused by current circumstances due to Covid-19. These delays are out of our control and we cannot take responsibility for delivery delays caused by the Royal Mail.

From 14th March 2020 the Royal Mail is no longer asking the recipient to sign for items in the UK. The recipient name and confirmation of delivery can be tracked via the Royal Mail online tracking service.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We really hope you and your pup love our products as much as we do! If for some reason you wish to exchange or return your purchase, please email us at info@apricotandblue.co.uk within 10 days of your purchase and we'll provide you with the details for your exchange or return. 

Please note unfortunately we cannot cover the postage cost of returning an item(s).  If an exchange is requested we will however cover the postage cost of sending the new item(s) out. In the case of a refund, we can only provide a refund for the cost of the item itself. 

 

All items must be returned in resellable condition.
